Steven Redmond - Associate Broker

Steve Redmond has proudly served as a REALTOR® since 2003, dedicating his entire real estate career to Long Realty Company—a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate through HomeServices of America. He began as a Real Estate Assistant and rose through the ranks as an Associate Broker and Assistant Sales Manager at the Foothills Branch, exemplifying commitment and trusted leadership.

With over two decades in Residential Sales, Steve is a seasoned professional known for his deep market expertise and community-minded approach. His dedication extends well beyond the transaction: he was elected President of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® in 2014, named Tucson REALTOR® of the Year in 2019, and served as President of the Tucson REALTORS® Charitable Foundation in 2020. In 2025, Steve was entrusted with the role of Interim CEO of the Tucson Association of REALTORS®, where he led the organization for eight months during a period of transition.

Steve continues to actively contribute at the local, state, and national levels of the REALTOR® associations, proving that when it comes to serving his community, he’s all in.
