First, hi, I’m Steve. My forte is communications and promotion ̶ marketing, graphic design and social media. A good promotion is like a firecracker. It’s explosive and attention-grabbing. I light the fuse to display your property’s best features, and I market it for all it’s worth. Finding creative solutions is a specialty.
Leadership is another part of my résumé. In 2014 I was president of the Tucson Association of REALTORS®, I’m on the board for 2017, and I’ve served on numerous professional committees. Friends say I always makes the time to help someone out. I admit to a wicked sense of humor.
I’m originally from Michigan but Tucson’s been home since 1992. I knew I was home when someone asked me for directions and I rattled them off without thinking. Here’s a fun story: Our last client’s property needed some repairs and upgrades. She was so happy with the workers we recommended that she mused about having us find her next boyfriend!
And now, here’s Charles.
Hello! I’m the negotiator for the team, and the calm voice of reason. A 30-year service-industry career honed my people skills before I switched to real estate, a longtime interest. I also bring great paperwork skills to your transaction.
My friends say I’m kind, have a good sense of humor (less wicked than Steve’s), observant, interested in other people, progressive, committed to my clients and always learning new things. I’m originally from Ohio but grew up in Tucson. Steve and I both love the mountains (it’s so hard to get lost!), the friendly people and the easy lifestyle of the Old Pueblo.
The reason we work so well together is our strengths are complete complements to each other. Together, we cover all the bases. Our biggest professional accomplishment was finding a client the perfect house after a three-year search, and negotiating $400,000 off the $3,000,000 asking price. You can’t do that with half a team!
